Best Vegan Chickpea Burger (Full of Flavor!)

I out did myself on this one! I don't know about you but there are days I am craving a burger and I don't want to spend $10-$15 for a burger and fries when I can use that money to make up to 4 burgers with a side of delicious butternut squash fries. I know what I am putting in my food, it tastes amazing, and I get more bang for my buck!


One of my favorite burgers to make is chickpea burgers. Chickpeas, aka garbanzo beans, are a packed with protein, carbohydrates, and fiber. My goal was to create a recipe that was bursting with flavor and that's exactly what you're going to taste.


For this recipe, I wanted to pair it with butternut squash fries, trust me it's a great compliment instead of your traditional Idaho fries. Also, I added my homemade loaded guacamole (click here to watch video or post) and Follow Your Heart Chipotle Vegenaise to this sandwich and literally had a mouth orgasm.


Here is my quick and easy recipe on how to make my vegan chickpea burger.


► I N G R E D I E N T S ◄

1 cup of Garbanzo Bean Flour (Chickpea flour)

2 slices of Bread (Try toasting your bread)

1/2 cup cooked Chickpeas

1/2 cup of Green Peppers

1 handful or 1/2 cup of Kale

1/2 Tomato

1/2 cup of Onions

1/2 Tomato

1 tbsp of Oregano

1 tbsp of Basil

1 tbsp of Onion Powder

1 tbsp Fresh Dill

1 tbsp fresh Cilantro

1 tbsp of Sea Salt

Spring Water

Grapeseed Oil (or oil of your choice)
