I love a good smoothie packed with nutrients. My Berry-Grape Pineapple Maca Smoothie is sure to have you feeling energized and it's nutrient dense. Might I add it's tasty too!

 

 

 

This delicious smoothie will leave you feeling satisfied. With the fruit I used you will taste the natural sugars in this drink but the after taste will be earthy and slightly nutty. You can thank Maca for that.

I wanted to create a sweet and tasty smoothie that was packed with Protein, Iron, Zinc, Fiber and so much more! Berry-Grape Pineapple Maca Smoothie

 

Ingredients:                                     Servings: 2-3                             Time: 5 minutes

 

2 cups Seeded Red Grapes

1 cup Black Grapes

1 mini yellow banana

2 Pineapple Slices

7 Strawberries

1-2 tbsp Seamoss (Buy Here)

1 tbsp Organic Chia Seeds (Buy Here)

3 tbsp Organic Hemp Seeds (Buy Here)

1 tbsp Raw Organic Maca Powder (Buy Here)

1/4 Cup Spring Water

3-4 Ice Cubes

 

Directions:

 

1. Mix all the ingredients above in the order listed in a blender cup.

( Ice-cubes and water are added last and closest to blades of the blender.)

 

2. Use the "smoothie" option on the blender. If that is not available simply blend until everything is smooth and well combined for 1 minute.
